Welcome! In order to register for our Palo Alto resident discounted Swim School classes with you will need to follow the following steps:

*Please fill out the form below and attach a scanned copy of one of the following items: Driver’s License, Lease Agreement, PAUSD enrollment, or a recent utility bill.

*This Verification Process is ONLY for those who wish to sign up for Swim School*

Filling out this form is a one-time request. We set strict security standards to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data once we have received it and wherever possible we will use adequate security software and working procedures to ensure the security of your personal data.
