About Junior Lifeguard Challenge
Gear up for our Junior Lifeguard Challenge! Your body and mind will be tested as you work together as a unified team. Learn how to save lives on land and in water. Learn survival skills, communication skills, strength training and fitness. Grab a friend and get ready! Limited to 24 participants each week.
Test your underwater agility and precision, as you carry out tasks that chisel your mental sharpness, functional preparedness and readiness. Exercises will be water to land to water: Swim -> Out of the pool to perform beach-ready rescues -> Paddle across the water to your waiting team -> Work together to solve puzzles and prove your team’s strength as a rescue team -> Race out of the water and across a field, through obstacles -> Then back to the water for more!
