About Fit Camp
Palo Alto Swim & Sport is proud to announce: Fit Camp! An adult full body fitness and wellness experience with area renowned fitness coach Ralph Navarro.
Ralph Navarro is a 25 year fitness professional and head strength and conditioning coach for PASA swim team. Ralph will tailor the Fit Camp workout to meet the needs of each individual participant.
Who’s Fit Camp for? We welcome first timers to the experienced veterans. Must be at least 18 years old to register.
What’s class like? Each workout begins with a warm-up and progresses to an intensity component. Class finishes with a cool down and stretching routine.
What should I bring? Dress for the weather and bring a towel and a water bottle. Ralph will hold the session rain or shine!

In my personal life, I have had a number of injuries, surgeries and other health issues, but I’ve always been consistent about my workouts. An old friend once told me, “They can’t hit a moving target.”
