Faster Freestyle Clinic
Karlyn’s Faster Freestyle Swim Clinics are designed to help swimmers and triathletes, of any age or ability, to discover the easy way to swim faster. Using simple and easy to understand drills and techniques, after just one session you will become a better swimmer. Karlyn will also provide you with the tools and reminders so you can continue to fix your stroke…long after the event is over

This clinic begins with an interactive group discussing past and present swim techniques as well as outlining the current techniques she will be teaching. Students will then enter the water where Karlyn will begin with breathing and body balance gradually building into her unique step-by-step Faster Freestyle stroke progression. Keeping the language SIMPLE, and using easy to understand drills and suggestions, you will quickly be on your way to a faster and more efficient freestyle. The event will wrap up wrap up with a short Q and A session. Total time is 3 hours. Water time about 2 hours (with lots start/stop, drills and easy swimming).
